I have yet to have a claim approved…
I have yet to have a claim approved they always find some loophole to deny the claims. I’ve called to get clarification and the best they can do it read off a script. I say “does this qualify” and they say well it depends if it qualifies. I requested to be given the documents they are reading that states what is covered (since the policy document is missing details) but they can’t because “it’s internal only”.

I just signed up my three fur babies…
I just signed up my three fur babies today. I’ve been hunting for pet insurance and landed on Fetch due to reviews, coverage, and cost. I did see negative reviews for the app, but learned that I don’t really need it to receive reimbursements. Aileen was super helpful and explained everything in detail. She was very easy to talk to and ultimately was the final plus I needed to officially sign up. Day one, so far so good.
