I have been with Trupanion for almost three years now. I have found Trupanion to be highly professional, customer friendly and very easy to communicate with. I rate Trupanion a 5 Star company and highly recommended them to all pet owners. Lewis Factor

illness not covered , Liers !!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My fully vaccinated one year old indoor cat who have 42.25 Cad/month insurance premium with Trupanion vomited and showed sign of illness, I booked urgent appointment for next day with vet. Turpanion refused claim , the cat ended up having worms and according to smart A** Trupanion adjustors this is not illness and could have been prevented ! Wake up guys ! This is 2023 , you cannot go away with stealing people who pay premium for emergencies like this. I will expose this every where and follow with government regulatory authorities so people know what kind of service you guys are .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never insured a pet before but I’m glad I did!
I’ve never had insurance for a pet before but I have however had over $10,000 in medical bills from one cat. When I saw Spot Pet Insurance I figured I’d give it a shot. I had recently lost a few rescues from FIV and just that alone was more than the annual cost of Spot. After I tested, I insured and I was glad I did. A rambunctious cat fight caused an abscess and that treatment alone met my deductible. Here I am a few months later at the ER vet and it’s not as stressful knowing he has insurance and I can focus on him and his care, not where I’m going to come up with the money for him. Because of this insurance my cats are better off and I’m not as stressed. Besides they are more important than a few Starbucks each month

Easy claim submittion process and speedy reimbursement!
Spot Pet Insurance made it easy for me to submit my dog's claim on line, and the reimbursement was speedy! They have been wonderful a couple of times since they started covering my little guy. Their customer service reps always ask how he is doing, showing that they card.

Healthy Paws is amazing - I can’t say enough good things. My young pup is going through cancer treatment and Healthy Paws have been by my side through the surgeries, CT scans and radiation.
