Claim 1868866 Case Worker Refuses to Answer

I have a claim and my case worker or whatever never answers her phone or emails. Another truck was claimed in my name as well a Dodge truck I've never owned. No one will answer me, the garage has the parts and wants to fix my Ford Maverick but now I'm under investigation which I was told wouldn't happen if I went with your garage. I left a great review when I made the claim but now with this case worker I feel like you don't care at all about your customers. I hit a dog and have already received and email stating I'm 0% at fault how am I both not at fault and under investigation. I've had to take time off work to get a police report, get quotes and everything else I was asked of. This is absolutely unacceptable the garage has no idea why I'm under investigation, the police after I reported said they didn't even know why I needed this if it was just a dog. I requested to be contacted via email due to my bad reception but she won't listen, she just keeps calling and when I try to return her call 10 times a day I get no answer.

Very efficient and caring

I don't know how they do it. Their claims process is so efficient, I had my reimbursement before my credit card bill was due. Their claims process is very straightforward, and easy to understand. You have to provide complete medical records from the beginning of ownership of your animal, which your vet should easily be able to provide, and which is required to demonstrate that the current issue was not a preexisting condition. I don't know of a pet insurance that covers preexisting conditions, so this is normal. After that, claims are processed super fast. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. It is very easy to get through to a claims agent if things get stalled, which in my case they did, because I had to round up records from 3 different practices. No big deal. On-hold times are short, and staff is unbelievably caring. They ask how your pet is doing, knowing they are about to become your therapist for a minute. I can't imagine the stories they hear. I am very grateful for this kindness. It helps more than they can possibly know.
