No Reponse
I submitted online a claim 4 days ago but there was no response from them. I went online into my account to check my claim status and it still just has the automated generated "in review" arrow ever since I uploaded the documents. However, my uploaded documents were in an unread status. It just felt there was no one there. I will have to call them tomorrow. Will give an update then.

I cannot believe there’s actually a Pet Insurance company that not only accepts exotic animals, but makes claims easy to file, pays 90% and gets you your money back quickly. Also, in my case, when my pet passed, they did not make it difficult to cancel. Cynthia, who handled my case, was the most empathetic and helpful person I’ve ever spoken to in insurance. Essential for every pet owner
I've had my dog insured through Petsbest since I adopted him in December 2020, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for his care. I always feel at ease knowing that I will have financial help to get him the care he needs if anything happens to him. Their customer service team is always super kind, patient, and caring. I've had no trouble submitting claims or being reimbursed within a timely manner, and my monthly premium is very reasonable given the benefits that are in my plan. Their online advice chat service has been helpful on several different occasions, so that is a big plus as well. I'd recommend Petsbest to anyone wanting to provide the best care for their pet possible!

ongoing claim dispute
My dog tore her ACL on 10/31/23. She had her surgery on 11/8 and I immediately filed a claimed. It got denied due to lack of medical records. I’ve put in invoices for the year and even when we adopted her last year. The vet has told them they don’t have anything else they can give them. It is now 12/7 and they have yet to reopen the case and have yet to reimburse me. I’ve gotten told that I will have to wait longer to appeal it if they don’t reopen it. No where in the contract does it say they will only reimburse you if the vet gives them what they want. I shouldn’t be punished for something that isn’t my job.
