We appreciate that after submitting our claim after our dog passed that Pets Best canceled our policy for our beloved Lulu and backdated to the day after her passing. I didn’t have the heart to call and cancel it but Pets Claim took care of it. It’s a small detail, but makes a difference when you’re not in the best place emotionally.

I was charged twice for a policy, I called your customer care line and the Agent promised that the Finance dept will look into it and reverse one of the charges immediately, but action has not been taken about it, this is unacceptable!

Easy to use with great customer service. We have our other fur baby on this insurance, and we love it. We had to take our Natasha to the vet. We requested the detailed bill and many pets took care of the rest. They are very prompt with their responses. I am extremely happy.
