Excellent customer service
I used Embrace for my kitties years ago. We now have a puppy and it was so easy to get her insurance through Embrace. Their phone representatives are knowlegable, friendly, and professional. They understand insurance and how much we love our pets. I appreciate their extensive training.

Helpful in every aspect
Everything the past few months with Embrace has been great. Our two year old was recently diagnosed with a disease that requires a lot of vet visits filled with testing and bloodwork and medication. Embrace has worked so well with us and has reimbursed 80% of majority of our visits and continues to be helpful as issues arise. I am thankful I have this company for my dogs insurance

Beware they raise their rates 23% on your 2nd year with them. I was at $85 for the first year, then they automatically renewed at $105. No letter, no warning, no claims filed! I can't figure out how to reply to your response on trustpilot, but I did not receive anything about my rate increase and searched my inbox. I just had flashbacks to car insurance companies who give you a low rate for the first 6 months, then increase it greatly after that intro rate. Insurance companies and their games. UPDATING REVIEW - They did it again and raised my rates by another 20% this year. They don't alert you and you only realize it by your monthly credit card fee, then you have to sign in. I just canceled.

Needs More Effective Customer Care Team
Getting your claims processed through the ManyPets team is like pulling teeth. From customer questions to cancelling plans, the customer care team leads you in circles via email. When a claim is accepted, it’s always nice, but working with this pet insurance has been an all around frustrating experience and not worthwhile. There are better pet insurance companies out there.

Best decision I've ever made!
My 4-year-old rescue is recovering from acute kidney failure. He spent a week in the hospital and has had at least a dozen follow-up visits, lots of tests, and ongoing medication. His excellent care comes with a big price tag. Thankfully, I had made the decision for pet insurance -- and Healthy Paws has really come through! They cover exactly what they say they will cover, filing claims couldn't be easier, and reimbursement lands in my bank account within a few days. Without a doubt, Healthy Paws is a 5-star pet insurance provider!
Peace of mind during emergencies
I had to take my dog Zuzu to the vet 4 times due to a respiratory disease turned aspirated pneumonia. It got scary fast but Fetch quickly paid out my two hospitalizations, emergency visit and follow up primary care appointment. As you can imagine, emergency hospitalization on fluids and oxygen along with many X-rays to monitor the pneumonia added up fast but I didn’t have to consider the cost when making health decisions for my dog because I was confident in my insurance.

Embrace has been easy to deal with: the claims personnel have been courteous, patient with me, and my Embrace reimbursements have been fast and accurate. I would recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
