they barely cover anything!!
they barely cover anything!!! waste of money, find a different coverage, so not happy with this company. total scam/. don't cover exam fees. well its not for a normal visit its for an issue but they won't cover the actual exam, just fraction. Have paid well over $400 for the same issue, have an upcoming X-ray that's $700 . our deductible is $700 yet they're only going to cover $60? SCAM!!!! should be covering at least $300 since we've already paid into it. Definitely will be looking for other options. Will never recommend trupanion

Caution...
This company will call anything allergies. Beware. My doctors notes said nothing about allergies and only about skin lesions. They called everything pre existing from the visit ONE DAY before the two week waiting period ended. I have spent thousands to this company and even more in vet bills and never seen a dime back.

Beware of Embrace Pet Insurance
I have had Embrace Insurance about 10 years for my dog. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As someone who at one point who had 2 dogs on the policy that both went through quite a lot of heath issues, I got tired of the nitpick from Embrace on just about everything. Most was about denial because "it's not USDA approved treatment" but they will cover drugs that are not FDA approved for use in your pets. Customer Service gives you lip service and at times can be quite patronizing. Ask to speak with a claims adjuster they take a message to have someone call you back and hear nothing. The hold time is beyond 20 minutes to reach customer service. My favorite from customer service is "submit a claim and see if it's a covered service". Why this company even bothers to have customer service is beyond me. Also, what they will not tell you when you sign up is the amount of money per month you will pay with an older pet. My monthly premium for one dog went from $250.00 a month at age 10 to $355.00 a month at age 11. Paying claims within 10 to 15 business days results in waiting for a payment for as long as 21 days. Granted they paid most claims but at what expense to myself and my pet. With my next pet I will be using another company.

Scam artists
Scam artists, apparently cancer in a dog is a pre existing condition of a cyst. Save your money up and don't give them a penny. They replied.... I can't reply to their reply so here is an edit. But the dog never had cancer in her life... so their review process is flawed.

Embrace customer service staff are always helpful
I love being enrolled with Embrace because, unlike some other pet insurance companies, they actually cover some of my claims. The pricing model and policies on reimbursement are easy to understand and transparent, and their customer service staff are always helpful and warm.

I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for 6 months now and are extremely satisfied with the coverage. Easy to take a photograph of billing and sent to Embrace. Within 3 to 4 days coverage has been directly posted to my checking account. Extremely satisfied with service.
