I recommend a cell app. It makes it so easy
I took a picture of our bill ( invoice ) showing it was paid and text it to ASPCA insurance from my cell app. Very easy and didn't take too long for them to reimburse me. This is the second time we have had to have a claim and so far I am happy with their service. The phone app is a real time saver.

Should be zero stars
Should be zero stars. I informed them that I would not renew in 2024 due to large rate increase. My account was on auto-pay, always paid and up to date. When they received my notice of non renewal, they withdrew $1,527.06 from my checking account for no reason. Now I cannot get them to return my money. Horrible experience. Pets Best should be your very last choice for pet insurance. Horrible. 01/02/24: April no phone calls. I cannot trust the word of Pets Best. I am still communicating with Pets Best staff but I do not expect an amicable conclusion based on the actions of Pest Best to this point. You have all the documents, you know the story.

Easy and painless claims processing
I filed my first claim a few days ago and the process was super simple - just took a picture of the itemized receipt from the vet and uploaded it to the app. A few days later, I had the email that it was processed and approved. Granted, it was a simple exam/rabies vaccine visit, and not something more complicated, but it was easy and painless. You can't ask for more than that.

Great Company and Coverage - Worth Spending the Money
What a wonderful company and people that work for them. Every time I’ve reached out to them, their agents are patient, professional but empathetic and really helpful. I had to take my pup into emergency last night and found that there was a mix up with the initial medical report on my pup so they hadn’t enabled my coverage. The service agent was great and told me what I needed to do as well as ways I could potentially speed up the process. While at the vet, the vet tech reached out to Trupanion for me and after a couple standard questions and discussion with the tech, they approved my claim! What a relief to have less of the financial hit to get her proper care. I am so impressed that reviewed and approved the claim as quick as they did. They really helped to make a very stressful situation less stressful. I absolutely recommend their service!
