My vet recommended your company after I had several problems with the last company I was with for my puppy’s insurance. You deal directly with my vet instead of going through me since they have Lily’s records unless I am out of town and have an emergency situation with my dachshund. No hassle with your company about a claim like the last company bc you go directly to my vet. Thank you

No hassles but…
No hassles in being reimbursed as coverage is pretty much comprehensive minus routine treatments. Reimbursement, however, takes an average of 3-4 weeks, which is a long wait time. My only other gripe is once you’re locked into an annual spending limit, you can’t increase it. I don’t think that’s fair considering I’m a loyal client for last 5 years paying a total of $321 per month between two senior dogs (yes, that’s my monthly payment- monthly rate increases each year).

Best Pet Insurance
My cousin recommended Pets Best. My Riley was under 1 years old when I looked into the insurance and was comfortable with the the options and coverage. Thank goodness that I had pet insurance because unfortunately I did have to process some claims for surgery and long term hydrotherapy. The claim process and reimbursement was easy to follow and quick to expedite. You have insurance for loved one so there's no reason why your furbaby shouldn't be covered as well. Pets Best is FANTASTIC and highly recommend to all fur parents.

Ease of signup process
Thankfully I haven’t had to file a claim yet, but the signup process was very easy and I appreciate that you can actually reach a live person on the telephone. When I called with questions, the gentleman I spoke with was very patient and informative, able to answer all my questions.
