Hate your insurance
Hate your insurance! I am paying for 90% and you don’t cover anything. I feel like I’ve been lied to and robbed. I should never have left Nationwide to save $20 by going to you. Worst pet insurance ever!

Not sure what to make of Trupanion
I have had a very good experience with Trupanion until recently. All of a sudden they are raising my rates and making changes to the policy and how it works and how things are calculated. I find it very dishonest.

This pet insurance is a scam!!!!!
This pet insurance is a scam!!!!!! Don’t get it. I was paying extra for Illness then when I filed a claim I found out my dog wasn’t covered for Illness due to his age but it never said that in the policy. I called to cancel my policy and they never canceled it and was still charging me and won’t refund me my money.

Very bad service
Very bad service 5 weeks since my car was stolen and nobody call me from Sonnet and today i spend 4 hours try to talk to M.Jordan from claim depart. but no luck . talk with 4 different peoples and nobody can help me with that.

Ineffective and useless excuse for an insurance company.
Company unable to mail me a document, after 5 attempts of sending it, over the course of 2.5 months, with my address being confirmed each time. No other solutions provided or even attempted. Rude customer service agents who abruptly disconnect from the chat instead of attempting to help. Many conversations via online chat, email and telephone ended in frustration and wasted time. This is a company that does not care one iota about their customers. If I can't trust an insurance company to get something as basic as mailing a document done, what good could they possibly do me in an actual serious situation? I would recommend anyone considering Sonnet Insurance to seriously rethink their decision. They're cheap for a reason folks, and you certainly get what you pay for.

Insurance denied
Despite charging me an ever increasing monthly amount cumulating in a $167 per month charge (after the latest annual hike)... for $2500 coverage, $400 deductible, and a 90% reimbursement for a period of years, for 10 year old otherwise healthy dog, Fetch denied a dental claim of a little over $1500 based on (they said) a pre-existing condition. That condition being, a being a vet report in 2018 that stated mild tartar was present on the canine teeth. no treatment was recommended at the time., and no exclusion was noted when I signed on with Fetch a couple of months later. (despite them requesting all the vet notes from my vet). I have to say though, the reps on the phone were excellent, and totally understood my concerns and respected my decision to cancel the policies that I held with Fetch. save your money and go to an insurer that pays out. If a big claim happens, you need to know the insurance company has your back when you need it, and doesn't look for reasons not to pay
