Clunky website, long call wait times
Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with Trupanion. Their online portal is not just clunky and slow to load each page, it does not allow me to make any updates. It will let me edit but once I try to save I just receive an error message. I've called about 3 times, there has not been a time where hold times have not been 10+ minutes. That said, the employees have been very helpful over the phone. You also have to call to cancel meaning the time required to use their services or discontinue use is quite a bit.

I’ve had Figo for a couple of years now…
I’ve had Figo for a couple of years now and started getting frustrated because things were getting paid because my deductible was so high but then I called and had my benefits explained to me and I didn’t realize how much I was actually missing out on by not filing claims for everyday items I didn’t realize were covered expenses. Reach out to customer service if you have questions because they’re courteous and knowledgeable. It’s made a world of difference!

I had Trupanion in the past with my other cats and they were great with all of their medical needs and when I losted them there were great. So, when I got my new babies boy's I knew that I need to go with Trupanion again there very helpful with all of my needs with my new Kittens.
