Not sure it's worth it
I think more could be done to reimburse the amount, especially with how much is paid to this insurance. We've kept it for now, but I haven't seen a huge benefit yet. We understand the pre-existing condition our dog has limits us from receiving reimbursement, but if we have treated it and are working on preventing it, that should be covered.

They decline to pay all services
They decline to pay all services even if their policy states the do cover it. Paid out $0 for emergency services related to allergic reactions and vomiting despite the policy explicitly stating they cover that and related services. And they want $140/month to insure a tiny puppy. This place is a joke. Charge 4x the alternatives for 0 coverage. Don't waste your time or money. You'd get more insurance by donating your money to homeless.

Worth it
Overall I am very pleased with this company. They have good customer service, are easy to communicate with and they pay out when they have to. Not cheap but it’s not going to be cheap anywhere. For me it’s worth it.

First time using Pets Plus Us insurance, very happy to have them as my provider!
I had a very sick beagle on Christmas eve, and not wanting to wait until after Boxing Day for my regular vet office to be open I had to take Henry to the emergency vet hospital for treatment. We spent 13 hrs there and got home at 12:30am on Christmas Day. Thankfully he was okay after with some medication. I submitted my paperwork on Dec 27th and got my reply from Pets Plus Us on Jan 3/24 with our payment details. Excellent service, very happy I made the switch from Trupanion. Pumpkin truly cares about not only the pets but also the owners. When my cat was going into surgery I had the best conversation with a rep. When my kitty didn't make it out and I had to call back to cancel her insurance the rep. Was extremely helpful and understanding. I was balling my eyes out crying but the rep. Still took the time to comfort me and make me feel better . They even sent me a candle and a note offering their condolences and I didn't even have then for very long, less than a week but they still showed empathy towards me.10/10 will be recommending Pumpkin to anyone I know with a pet and will be using Pumpkin if I ever decide to get another animal ♥

They don’t pay back on a timely…
They don’t pay back on a timely manner.. it takes more than 15 days.. they ask for more medical records to prolong the payment status.. they also over charge me my monthly payment. I always send you medical soap within the first 2 days and I still wait. You also overcharge me for 3 months and still waiting for a credit.

Good job of providing a status update
Although the review process took a bit longer than my usual experience, what I did like is that Fetch continued to keep me updated by email or text to let me know the review is still in progress. I never needed to follow up with them.

Highly Recommend!
The coverage, customer service, and claim submitting process are excellent. We've had to submit several claims for our golden retriever's back/spinal issues and the claims process was the least stressful part of our dog's road to recovery. I highly recommend PetsBest to anyone!
