CSR is very kind
CSR is very kind. The entire process of handling my pets claims went well. There are so many perks with this insurance. Thank for all you do.

I submitted claims for my pet back in 2022
I submitted claims for my pet back in 2022 and to date I am still fighting to get the claims paid. Our claims have been closed because someone failed to advise what else is needed to complete the process. Fetch requested medical records from the adoption agency, the vet, and I sent in a 28 page medical report as requested, but the claims remained closed because no one informed me of the additional report that in needed to completed the process. Here it is going on nearly two years and still nothing had been done until I thought to call Fetch and see what the hold up was. That is when I was told that the emergency notes of the doctor was needed. I am a new pet parent and I learning what and how to do what is necessary to be done. Fetch should have sent me a message to let me know additional information for my little boy claims to be paid. Very unhappy with the way I have been treated and I hope no one else have to go through what I am going through to get my claims paid. Fetch please advise your staff to communicate with the pet parents better than I have been communicated with.

The deductible is per illness rather than annual which is a great advantage.
So far I have had positive interactions with Trupanion. Both their website, their account information emails, my online account and their customer service representatives are helpful. What I appreciate about Trupanion is that the deductible is not annual, but per illness.

I am so very saddened that I have to…
I am so very saddened that I have to find another pet insurance for my dear 3-year old Papi-Poo, Quincy. I joined Fetch in March of 2023. I had Quincy examined and uploaded the document within the time frame required when you first sign up. His monthly bill was directly taken out monthly. It wasn't until November of 2023 that he started limping and I took him to the Vet. Turns out it was Medial Luxating Patella. A common joint ailment in his breed. Anyway, the bill was $384. and some change. The deducible is $300. I pay the bill and submit/upload proper paperwork for the $84. This is when the nightmare began. I submitted paperwork for 5 times over a 2month period. It's in review, then more documents are missing, then it's in review, the more documents are missing. I have emailed, and even talk to a human who claimed she fixed the problem. Only to see documents still missing. I cancelled my insurance today and will eat that $84. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN FETCH'S CLAIM PROCESSING SYSTEM. I had a horrible experience with them.

Refunded $0.00 for routine wellness visit that we thought it'll be covered.
Not worth of having insurance for both of our dogs, $50.00 each in monthly payment.
