I am so thankful for Pets Best
I am so thankful for Pets Best! A few months ago my dog needed surgery to remove a lump that was cancerous. The surgery was unsuccessful and he needed to see a specialist for a second surgery. Pets Best covered both surgeries and consults with a pretty quick turn around. More recently my cat was hospitalized for 3 days and pets Best also covered that visit with a quick processing time. Highly recommend!

Embrace is a model for responsive and timely requests
Recently our beloved pet contracted pneumonia and needed a 7 hour hospital stay that included a chest X-ray, intravenous fluids and medications. The process for filing a claim with Embrace was seamless. The response time was fast and we were reimbursed within a two week period. The pneumonia persisted for six weeks so several follow up chest X-rays and continued oral medication continued throughout. Again the process for filing the claim and getting reimbursed was straightforward and timely. I wish all insurance claims were as streamlined. Thank you, Embrace.
