They will gouge you after 1 year on policy price
Just after 1 year, they increased my policy by over 60% and claimed it was due to my aging dog.... She's 3 years old. I have no respect for this company, they're looking to gouge you. Anyone who wrote a 5 star review for ManyPets hasn't been with them over a year - or finances aren't an issue for them.

I just signed up with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance a few days ago . I rescued a one year old dog, and knew it was the right thing to do buying the Pet Health Insurance from my past experience ($$$). I am now 71 years young and looking forward to many years of joy with him!

As bad as it gets
As bad as it gets. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not allow Pets Best/Synchrony Bank access to your credit cards or bank accounts for payments. They will take what they want, when they want. I have had to file complaints with the Commonwealth of PA and with my Credit Union. Now it's time for the lawyers to get involved.

Hamilton's Stones
Our dog Hamilton was referred to a specialist by his regular VCA Vet for problems and complications from bladder stones. My recent online claim for this visit was processed very quickly and in accordance with my policy. I have been a member of Pet's Best for many years and this claim, and one other previous claim(s) a few years ago, were both good experiences. Based on these experiences I would recommend Pet's Best Insurance. Hamilton is still going to require surgery for this issue, and the insurance provides us with one less thing to worry about, knowing that it will help to get Hamilton the care he needs, from the vets he needs, and helps make hard decisions because of treatment costs a little easier.
