Figo is Honest and Thoughtful
I was impressed how quickly Figo followed up on my claim. The think that impressed me the most was how thoughtful they were. I didn't expect to receive a package for my dog. In the package were a few toys, a bully stick and a collapsible bowl. This was not something they had to do but it did impress my wife and me.

Great customer service
I have an older cat and they gave me serious tips, encouragement, and and they were very understanding in my views. I had already done extensive research on the topic, and the gentleman that I spoke to not only nailed all the upsides of having Pumpkin (or any pet insurance really), but answered all the questions that I already knew the answer to from my own research. Their prices are decent. The wellness and prevention package is kinda lousy, no lie, but meh, I still got it.

Once you get used to their system
Once you get used to their system, easy to work with. I think my dog has been enrolled for about 5 years now. Haven't had any problems getting paid when I have a claim.
