Good website/poor service
The website is working great. Easy to use and quick. I made a claim online and it was very easy and i was very satisfied. Then i tried to reach with my claim specialist by email, phone without any luck. The rental company is waiting for them to give the autorization for the winter tire fee and i cant talk to anybody. Been going on 2 weeks now and the tire fee is going up! My car came back today from his 500km+ drive from youre storage free facility that happened to be an auction yard? I went to the body shop this afternoon and found my car all dirty, writing on every window like a car thats been sold at an auction, mirrors folded against the windows and keys locked in the car! Im still waiting on the claim person to call me for some explanation. Not very happy about this. By the way its a brand new car with 2000kms on it.
