Easy to submit invoices on line; for future reimbursements I will use direct pay (which was also easy to set up). What’s not to like? One hopes they never need to use insurance, but it is a blessing when your animal family gets ill.

NUMBER 1 SCAMMERS!!! DONT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH. Don’t ever trusted this company they will go back on their word and say they will protect you and your pet and then they will switch back on you
