Excellent initial experience at sign up
This review is on the basis of initial sign up. No claims at this point. I found the sign up process easy and well explained. Called Embrace twice to clarify policy conditions before signing up and both times the person I spoke to was very helpful and well informed. And there was no sales pressure to start the policy

My credit card was compromised and I…
My credit card was compromised and I went in and changed my method of payment. They told me I was too late and cancelled my policy. Told me also that I had to start a new policy and when I tried to do that, it kept saying error. So I called the company and nobody can help me. So we got insurance through another company for my daughter.

The customer service is ok. If you email, the email response is very delayed. I find contacting via phone is the best option. They have yet to cover any of my pet's care.

Moko meets the porcupine
Moko meets the porcupine Moko recently tried to make friends with a porcupine. She is committed to trying again. The porcupine is working on re-growing it's quills - most of which ended up in Moko's face. After two visits to the emergency care, Moko is fully de-quilled and we are happy she is safe and healthy. The reimbursement process on the website is so easy and we were pleased that we were reimbursed 100% by Pets Best. Thank you Pets Best for being there for Moko and our family. Cheers, L.
