Emergencies and my Fur-baby

My dog was having an emergency issue so I needed to get questions answered about my plan. I know that the reps have limited capacity on how much info that they can give. Lauren Pierce and Megan Sparks even though limited; both were so calming, professional, and friendly able to assist me so much without going against policy and procedure. Continued denial of my Chihuahua's claim

Over the course of a year my Chihuahua has had an eye problem. After several visits and treatments by the Vet and my vet stating in writing that he did not have KCS Keratoconjunctivitis. Embrace Pet insurance keeps denying my claim. I have been with Embrace for 3 years now and just today took my little guy to a specialist and was diagnosed with Third Eyelid Gland Prolapse. If they deny this claim that's it I will be done with them. They try to tag everything as pre-existing.

Negative stars here

I wish I couldn’t even give a single star. For my two kittens, I submitted the claims for their spays. Their names were listed it on each of them and had all the necessary paperwork etc. I called up there multiple times and was told well we can clearly see the names on these documents I’ll make a note for the team. And then was told that both claims were closed because I could not provide correct paper work. I was not happy. Then, when I called to cancel the kittens plan, they refused and said you couldn’t cancel unless it’s within the 30 days or you have to wait until it has at least been a year. That was never told to me nor was it in any of the documents I agreed to. Just a cheap scam and I’m very disappointed.

First time a submitting invoice. Receptionist did at the vet at checkout. Took 5 minutes. Trupanion paid their part. It was that east.

Your wellness benefits are not worth…

Your wellness benefits are not worth the price. They do not pay what the tests cost, the flea and tick and heartworm medications have to be bought at a higher cost from the vet which is not as affordable, and the fraud alert is a little alarming when you submit a claim. I cannot imagine how difficult and unaffordable it would be if my dog actually got sick. I am unsatisfied and will be looking to make changes

With 2 claims submitted already, 1 closed because they stated they didn't receive paperwork in time, however we have the email showing it was sent. We will see how claim 2 goes. So far I am not impressed.
