Selecting my plan was easy
Selecting my plan was easy, the coverage choices were very clear. I took my dog for a wellness exam a few days later. I submitted the receipt the same day and heard back that my claim was approved the following day. The entire process has been really user friendly and easy to navigate

Pre-existing conditions monotomy
Initially this insurance was very positive in both processing and payment of claims. I have had this insurance since 2018 and was very satisfied during the the first two years even though I had not submitted too many claims. In the past few years however, each claim I have submitted is denied for pre-existing conditions which seems ironic since prior claims with the same diagnosis were reimbursed. I was given the opportunity to file an appeal however at this point my confidence in this business is not reliable nor do i want to continue paying the premiums while that process persists
