Easy Setup, Great Customer Service
Kevin was super helpful in walking me through the process and all the options I had for insurance for my rabbit. Couldn't have asked for a better person to get everything set up. Having this insurance gives us peace of mind that we have the coverage we need to properly care for and will have the financial assistance we need in the event of an emergency or accident with our rabbit.

Great for insurance, AWFUL technology issues
They, as an insurance company, are great and who I recommend to all of my friends/family. HOWEVER despite going back and forth several times with the company about getting locked out of my account because the validation links (sent mere seconds ago) are magically expired! 0/10 for the technology.

Best choice for pet health coverage
All the people were amazing to deal with . Having my cat's stay at the emergency hospital preapproved helped me concentrate on her getting better. Coverage is as good as they say. Kerri was especially helpful!
