Spot pet insurance, easy 5 stars!
Spot has been such great help with the care of our English bulldog. Very responsive and great polices, would recommend for anyone with a pet that may or may not need lots of veterinary care!

So easy, your pet could do it
Spot insurance is actually super helpful. I never had pet insurance before and never knew it was this easy to file a claim and upload the info. I did make a mishap in total billing and they actually corrected it in the processing stage. Really appreciate that! And processing was pretty quick as well! The price for the insurance is also super afforable in a time of inflation! Happy to continue using for Mr. Gouda Beanz and will be telling all my cat mom besties with uninsured cats!

Looking elsewhere
I’ve had Embrace for nearly 15 years on numerous dogs and was an ambassador for the company. Over the years, coverage has been cut while premiums have consistently increased. I find it unconscionable that beneficial procedures such as shock wave and electro-acupuncture are denied. My state allows 30% increase yearly and Embrace has raised by that amount each time the policy renews. I’ve had to increase deductibles and decrease coverage in order to afford the insurance. I pay more for it than I do my own insurance! On the upside, claims are processed quickly and the employees are pleasant to deal with. I, however, will change to another insurer with my next dog. Trupanion has a wonderful reputation within my dog breed. I will look seriously at that company.

Minimal coverage and expensive rates
Nothing is really covered with this insurance. They also make it very difficult to cancel the insurance though it is very easy to pay fees. They will not allow you to remove a credit card from auto-payments online and even after calling and chatting with a representative I was unable to cancel my account. They say they have to call you back even though they have a 24 hour phone line.

Used for first time
I signed up with Fetch about a year ago and very impressed. December 2023 I took my two cats for an annual check up and submitted my claim for the first time and I got my money back less than a week later. Highly recommend these guys
