I wish I could give them a good review…
I wish I could give them a good review ....However they always find a reason not to accept my claim. My vet actually wrote a letter to them and sent emails explaining that my dog did NOT have a pre existing condition but they refused to cover my vet bill. I find it hard to communicate with them on the phone or by email.

Embrace = Pet's first I've been an Embrace member for almost eight years and signed up for their 90% reimbursement package and wellness program. I always joked my dog was covered from nose to tail but secretly always worried that if anything went wrong, it would be a fight with the insurance company. Not with Embrace, their staff has always quickly reviewed his cases, and any reimbursement is wired to my checking account. It's so nice to know he's covered, and more importantly, I can rely on Embrace. He's almost 14 now and just had TPLO surgery, and again no issues. I knew they had his back or rather knee in this case and seriously cannot recommend them enough.

Once submitted, my claim was approved within 48 hours! Very straightforward processes. Only reason I did not give five stars is due to the lack of pre approvals. Knowing my dog’s surgery would have been covered ahead of time would have been extremely helpful.

We’ve had healthy paws for ten years for our large breed dogs. We have no complaints. We’ve never had any issues submitting claims and being reimbursed. One of our dogs had severe allergies (to oranges of all things in Florida!) so we submitted regular allergy receipts for reimbursement. We’ve also submitted receipts for surgeries, end of life care, and regular illnesses. All approved rapidly and easily. Recommend highly!

Very Easy and Straightforward!
Our dog, Willie, recently needed to receive a very expensive procedure involving the removal of multiple masses and subsequent pathology analysis. It would have cost thousands of dollars without his insurance. Healthy Paws reimbursed us for the expense quickly with o questions asked. This prevented us from having to make some very difficult decisions about Willie's health. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for pet insurance.
