the refund procedure is very fast and easy.
the refund procedure is very fast and easy. My puppy did Total Hip Replacement surgery due to her Hip Dysplasia, the bill is huge but Trupanion can directly bill the vet. I pick up my puppy after surgery with everything already done and I only need to pay more own portion. I am very satisfied how Trupanion keep tight with the Vet and make it easy for the pet parents. Definitely a 10/10
