I have always had very cheerful and pleasant Trupanion representatives helping me on the phone. They always ask how Elliott (my dog) is doing. And are very helpful explaining how the insurance works with me. Having good services helps when it comes to pet insurance and understanding it. It is the best investment that we made for our family member Elliott, by purchasing Trupanion Pet Insurance.

Claims were covered for her MRI.
Claims were covered for her MRI. My biggest issue is the âno exam fee coverageâ. I understand that not being covered with a regular vet appointment, but in cases of emergency visits or specialist visits, these are unusual appointments. Not regular or standard. So in my opinion, they should be covered.
