Salesman Upsold me and Lied
So far, I have not had a good experience with Embrace. I was outright lied to by the salesman I spoke to prior to signing up. They claim they record phone calls, but when I reached out nobody was willing to go back to the call and verify what I was told. Because no pet insurance companies cover pre-exiting conditions, I feel like I'm stuck with them now because I'd have to start from square one with any other company. We're definitely stuck with them for a year, because I was given misinformation about the Wellness Rewards program. Be careful signing up for that because they can charge you for it if you want to cancel. I didn't even want it but the salesman upsold me and lied about it.

Don’t Use Fetch
We have had Fetch for a year now and overall, we have been happy with the company. However, when a year expired, and our policy was going to end, I wanted to increase coverage from $5k to $15k a year. But because my puppy had a few claims that were typical puppy incidents, Fetch would not allow me to change it, for the duration of a lifetime. It seems absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t upgrade my plan due to a few minor claims. I easily got a better policy with another company, but left with a sour taste in my mouth with Fetch.

ASPCA has a high rating. Since there are a number of companies to pick from I went with ASPCA. They also had the coverage I was looking for with a reasonable rate.

Trupanion has been the best descion I have made regarding my dog!!!! They do cover treatment needed and it is not a scam!!!! They have been wonderful, I would never owen another animal without this insurance . It has meant the difference between life and death for my Dog!!!!

i have never had any issues getting my claims approved for payment as long has i submit all my documents, the website is straight forward and easy to use. i am happy with fetch and so far i have had no issues. i have never spoken to anyone on the phone so i cannot comment there.

Worst possible experience I have ever…
Worst possible experience I have ever had with any industry bay none. I cancelled the service a month before it started. Had to pay in advance and then was charged 1 month later. After having the service agent tell me there was no issues and wild get refunded. Instead I am charged more. When attempting to get my policy cancelled after their error for the 6th time they request my personal information and copies of my insurance policies from other companies. Horrible experience and hope no one else ever has to endure their lack of service or follow up. I have all the follow up and transcripts from their company showing that they are in the wrong but they prolong the process likely on purpose. I couldn’t even fathom being in an accident and having to use their product.

Great Service
My puppy fell off our bed and broke his paw. Thank goodness for Fetch Pet insurance. Submitting the claims was a breeze and after the initial claim, the payments came quite quickly. We had to have his cast removed and replaced once a week and it was all covered once the deductible was met. Great service!
