The claim process is very easy online by sending a photo of the invoice. Reimbursement is fast, and staff is reachable and available with any questions. I’m comfortable trusting it will be there if my pet has future health issues.

MetLife cures headaches?
My puppy has unfortunately had a rough start in life and has had quite a few urinary issues. We've been to the vet 5 times in the 6 months that we've had her, it's stressful and scary to say the least. The only silver lining is her MetLife insurance has been there to not only help us afford the care she needs, but the claims process is simple and quick, saving us additional headaches.

Prompt but stingy
Claims are processed promptly but reimbursement rates are quite stingy, especially considering the cost of the insurance coverage. Just reinforces my negative view of most insurance companies in the US.
Pet Insurance Rip Off
Paying $50.33 a month or $604 a year using auto payments, I find Pets Best not having any interest in my dog’s health by not reimbursing for any health tests or shots recommended by Murrells Inlet, SC Veterinary Hospital. And yes I do understand only paying for 1 yearly check up, but not acknowledging the blood, urine, heart worm, n poop testing suggested by the Vet doctor shows zero concern about my dog’s present n future health! I am now considering canceling my pet insurance policy with Pets Best n make leave the mouthy auto payments in my check book to save the money to pay the vet bills out of pocket!
