If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very disappointed in this company and how they deal with their clients. I bought a new vehicle in Feb 2023. Let Sonnet know I no longer was the owner of my old vehicle - so much so that I had Nissan provide them with a letter stating that I no longer had that vehicle. March 2023 a payment for the vehicle I no longer own was taken from my account. I contacted them and they assured me this would not happen again - APRIL 2023... AGAIN - they took another payment for a vehicle that I am not the owner of,out of my account. I had trouble trying to contact anyone at Sonnet and when I did the rep continued to say it is their policy to take those payments and spread them out over 12 months to my account and not refund me the money that they took out without authorization. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep continued to tell reiterate what he was saying and told me someone would contact me within 1-2 days but to be prepared I will hear the same thing. It is WRONG of them to take money out of my account for a vehicle I do not even own. It is WRONG of them to not provide a REFUND for the money they debited without AUTHORIZATION. I will be looking for another insurance company and urge anyone I know to do the same. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in their lack of accountability and unprofessionalism. I will also be contacting the Alberta Insurance Ombudsman.

This has been the worst experience!! …
This has been the worst experience!! After almost 10 years of paying for TWO dogs (approximately $18,360), we file ONE claim (for $1800) in all that time and have gotten NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND from this company! They asked for medical records over the last two years, fine, no problem. Then, they wanted the 2 previous years before that, fine. Then, two years before that! We were filing a claim for 2 cracked molars and the surgery required to remove the teeth. So, NO, dental is NOT covered, as the policy states. Our dog also had an enlarged prostate. In order to fix it, he had to be neutered. Didn't cover that either. Fetch is a complete waste of time and money! In the meantime, our dog passed away from an unknown illness. Only THEN, when we cancelled BOTH policies attempt to give us $180 and some change. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Healthy Paws is the best
Healthy Paws is the best! I have been with Healthy Paws for over 10 years and I’ve never had a problem. Most claims are paid within 2-3 days after being submitted.
