Excellent Service
Submitting claims was easy with the app. Response was fast. I had several submissions and there was only one minor invoice issue that was handled directly between the provider and Embrace. I am very pleased with the Embrace service.

Economical operating under Sonnet…
Economical operating under Sonnet Insurance both companies are big scam. I had hit and run coverage it clearly say on my policy when I opened a claim they said i dont have hit and run coverage and refused to cover the damage. I had to get a lawyer to slove the case and go through alots of headache . Very rude employees.I would not recommend anyone!!

My 13 year old dog. Sandy became sick one night, vet found a tumor, tried surgery, but cancer had spread to far,had to euthanize. Insurance paid 60% of everything, including cremation. Very nice empathetic people.

Their Customer service is the best I have ever seen when it comes to health ins. for your pet!! I sent an email and they answered the same day.. I have never had an issue they did not take care of.

Claims are processed fairly quickly
Claims are processed fairly quickly. However, I haven't been able to submit claims the past few months on their website due to "validation errors". I have to email the claims in but they usually get back with me with 24 to 28 hrs.

Our Special Needs Baby
When we got our puppy a little more than 3 years ago, he was healthy, playful, and strong. Then as a 1 year old, he developed IBD and it has been a roller coaster ever since. Thanks to Trupanion, most of our medical bills were paid and we could help our little boy much easier. He is now getting better and we hope he will soon be all healed up. One month ago, we adopted a rescue and immediately insured him with Trupanion. Hopefully, we will never need to use their service like we needed to with our IBD boy, but it allows us to be relaxed about having two doggies in our lives again. Thank you Trupanion!
