Online quoted $130, over phone quoted $70 same policy?
The three stars is solely for transparency of pricing. We tried to sign up online and for some reason it didn’t go through and told us to call customer service. Once we were connected with an agent we were quoted an entirely different price of $70/month rather than the online quoted $130/month. Everything else was very professional and easy but I can’t help but wonder how long I would have had to pay highly inflated online rates if the original application would have gone through.

I have had Healthy Paws for my Dog Jasper for 8 years. They are by far THE BEST pet insurance you can have. Jasper had Cancer 2 years ago and it was a lengthy & expensive treatment. Healthy Paws paid the claims quickly, what a life saver. Now Jasper tore her CCL and again an expensive surgery. Healthy Paws even sent a personalized email asking how Jasper was doing after the surgery. Absolute best pet insurance hands down.

Very angry
Very angry. Nationwide is covering basically none of the $700 in claims I submitted because they say something is a “preexisting condition”. Why do I pay for unlimited coverage to get nothing reimbursed. If I could find similar coverage elsewhere for the same price, I’d be leaving asap.
