My policy was cut off due to an…
My policy was cut off due to an employee error. They gave me the wrong amount to pay and my policy was cut off. The last person I spoke with said my file was being escalated and that I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. I waited a week to no avail. I then got a new policy and here we are. I’m not happy that I still have yet to hear from someone or have some form of compensation for all the problems the employee caused me. My car was almost repossessed. I’ve had to pay people to drive me around. I’m so completely broke from all the repercussions I’ve had to pay for by my policy being canceled. This has been a nightmare.

Provides excellent explanation of the plans available and ability to adjust the plans to meet budget concerns. Have not used the insurance so I cannot give a 5 star at this time.

Denied claim by lying
We switched to Pets Best when my dog was 12 years old because our old provider skyrocketted our rates. We received the welcome email on 11/12/21. By 12/2021 my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis for the first time. Come February 2023 my dog went to the hospital for a bad pancreatitis attack. When we submitted the claim they denied it and said it was considered a pre-existing condition. Which it 100% was not. Insurance at its best - take your premiums, but refuse the claim when you need it.
