They take forever to give you an answer. They make up reasons to deny your claim & you have to wait on hold at least 30 minutes to have them start the process. Children crying in the background.

I can honestly say I am so glad I purchased fetch when I got my puppy, They've been so helpful and worth the expense. My only complaint is that you can't bill directly, but the claim process is fairly simple considering. And payout wasn't as prompt for my last claim. All in all, I would highly recommend the service.

Customer service is always friendly and professional, claims processing and payment of claims has been in a very acceptable time frame. I was disputing an unpaid claim, and they contacted my vet's office got the information they required and I received my reimbursement within about 5 days 👍.

terrible customer service...paid first year approx 750 annum insurance , without any notice they doubled my insurance at renewal, when asked why they had no reason....i have another house insured by them with my son and that policy stayed the same...they then charged me a cancellation fee for cancelling my insurance because the premium doubled...i went to five different insurers and they all quoted me approx 750 annum...
