Avoid at all costs
Had an accident on January.14.2023 and was assigned an adjuster ight away upon calling the accident in and no one can get ahold of this adjuster nor is he returning any phone calls from me the client, the body shop, the tow company, nor the rental car agency. My advise is to stay away from this company at all costs. They make a stressful situation more stressful as to the fact the call center cannot help you with anything only to send emails to the adjuster. Here we are now Jan.18.2023 and still no communication after numerous voice-mail left with the adjuster. If no contact by Jan.20.2023 I'll have no choice but to go to media and file with bbb about this issue.

Best decision made
I would encourage anyone looking for pet insurance to research Healthy Paws. We insured our Bernese Mountain dog puppy after a friend suggested we do. They also had Healthy Paws and had a great experience with them. We literally had the insurance for less than 48 hours when our puppy collided with our other dog full speed and injured her shoulder. Healthy Paws was with us every step of the way and the claim process is so easy. Definitely the best decision we could have made was to choose Healthy Paws.

Amazing company! Never had any issues sending claims and getting approvals and reimbursed. Fast, easy, and always reliable! My baby got injured and had back surgery and we got reimbursed within about 1 week. Much better than my own health coverage.

Upon visiting my vet, I was told their insurance would cover the visit if I bought it that day. I explicitly asked! When I go to file the claim for all pets at the end of the year, they tell me, no, you don't get coverage until the next day. Also, $500 per pert deductible. $650 wasted. Rip off. Typical......

Great customer service and claim process
I have Embrace for all 4 of my pets. Prior to Embrace, we were with a different company but decided to make the switch after doing more research. My recent claim for a my dog's MRI turnaround time was 4 business days which was totally unexpected. It was such a huge sigh of 1relief because of how costly the procedure was. Overall, I love Embrace because of their customer service and ease of submitting a claim which can be done on the app or website. Claims are processed and reimbursed within few business days. I took a star off because they can make some improvements on their app and website. The app crashes all the time and their website tends to either lag or hang..

My cat Skittlez is over rainbow bridge
My cat Skittlez just passed after having cancer. I have had this pet insurance since he was born. Very generous claim coverage with fast payout. On a personal note a rep called me up today to offer condolences. It was heartwarming. They also sent an email cancelling his policy. I didnt have to make that call. I would reccomend this insurance to any true pet lover.
