A TOTAL SCAM!
Enrollment is super easy. But just wait until you need to put in a claim. This insurance is nothing short of a scam! My dog started to go blind. I took him to an Ophthalmologist and was asked to get a test. I took him for his yearly check up and asked for them to do the test requested. They found he had worms. He was treated and had to be retested. Again they deny the claim. Out of $1600.00 of bills they have have paid a whole $110.00 TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM! Do not even consider Spot for your pet insurance

I am so thankful we have Healthy Paws…
I am so thankful we have Healthy Paws insurance! Our dog was diagnosed with Cushings - and then with cancer! We have been taking her to appointments at a pet hospital that specializes in oncology. She is receiving excellent treatment there and Healthy Paws has covered (and continues to cover) the majority of the expense. AND - it is sooo easy to submit claims! Just take a picture of the expense receipt, log in and transfer the image to the box provided on the site. You get a reply almost immediately saying it has been received, another email a day or two later saying it's being processed, and a final email saying it has been completed. The check arrives in about a week. They make the process easy and communication is great! Couldn't ask for a better pet insurance company!

Huge Rate Increases...
After offering an initial home insurance policy at a competitive rate, Sonnet steadily increased the annual premium every year. At first it was a couple hundred dollars, then my policy rate, on a Vancouver area detached home, doubled from 2022 to 2023. A rate hike of almost $1800 in a year. When I phoned to ask why, the answers were vague and attributed to general rate hikes in the industry, etc. I was then asked if I qualified for any discounts (e.g. Canadian university grad, etc). I moved to another company.
