Make sure you read the fine print we had to have three masses removed from our dog today and if they don’t come back the same we will be charged a $275 deductible per per mass and we are already paying $150 a month for a coverage Recently they upped our premium $40 a month and nobody even contacted us. They are way better pet insurance places than this and we will be looking into them as soon as this mess is taken care of. Not a good way to treat pet parents that are already stressed out and upset dealing with their pets illness.

When you have a claim this company continues to ask for more information, common insurance practice so you give up on the claim. 1 yr in and a claim for 100 in meds, more documents, countless sorry for taking so long emails and still no action. Should have read reviews before trusting this coming from state farm.

Preexisting conditions provision sold me.
It was just very user-friendly and easy to review and understand the benefits. But most important, they’re the only ones that covers some pre-existing conditions after 180 days which insurance companies should and they were the only ones who did!

Wow!
I have two kittens and I purchased pet health insurance for them in case anything ever happens (which I'm hoping it doesn't). I also got preventative care coverage for them, just to help pay for some things. I wasn't expecting them to refund 50% of my vet bill for preventative care (shots, etc). I would definitely look into it if you have a fur baby. You would rather have it and not need it than not have it and really need it to help cover costs for your pet.
