Timely and straightforward response and refund
The response took a reasonable amount if time, they provided clear explanations for what was covered and why as well as what wasn't covered and why not. Refund also issues in reasonable amount of time. I wish that human medical insurance worked like this.

First time using Figo
I’ve only used our Figo coverage once so far but I’m very happy with it. Got the package that included vaccinations and health testing, and took my puppy in her for 12 week shots yesterday. I submitted the receipt and the claim was approved for more than I even thought it would be within about 4 hours. I’m incredibly happy I decided to go with the Figo plan.

Embrace doesn't seem very trustworthy.
I am looking for pet insurance, but after reading the reviews of Embrace, I will keep looking. Embrace doesn't seem very trustworthy. First of all, the 5 star reviews for this company look like fakes. All very similar in their descriptions and always only one or two sentences. The website already states that: "Due to high call volume, there may be longer wait times." Unbelievable, they know that the customer will have to wait longer and instead of changing that, they just inform the customers. So, now you know, take it. And apparently you can only reach them by phone?!?? NO e-mail address? Companies without an email address are very suspicious, and there is a reason not to provide an email address. This makes it very difficult to prove anything later. The customer has no proof that they contacted the company. One-time administration fee: $25.00 What do you have to pay $25 for ....? Customers should charge the company for completing the application. Answer for Embrace regarding your e-Mail address: [Quote]Customer Care Monday – Friday: 9 am – 8 pm ET Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm ET Phone: (855) 540-2104 Due to high call volume, longer hold times can occur. Fax: (800) 238-1042 [/Quote] I don't see any e-mail address under contact. And this is the right place for an email address and not hidden somewhere or only via app? Answer regarding $25 fee: [Quote]We charge a one-time $25 administrative, or activation, fee when a policy begins. This fee covers administration costs for starting a new policy and setting up recurring billing. [/Quote] If a company starts with a fee, what fees does the customer have to pay later? Complaint fees? Filing fees? Advertisement fees? it a Sunday fee? It's not a Sunday fee? In the US, too many companies are very inventive when it comes to fees.
