Great customer service
Amanda was great to speak with and helpful in picking the best program policy for my dog. I give her 10 out of 10.

Stay away!
Do not recommend. I think their high reviews came from a few years ago and they’ve since changed their business practices to hike up their rates for returning customers just to make more money. We followed advice to get pet insurance when our dog was a puppy because we were told we could lock in lower rates before he has any pre-existing conditions. We were told by embrace to expect a couple percentage points increase in premium year over year. In fact, our monthly premium went from $32 to $56 to $84. And that’s with a $1000 deductible still!! When it raised the first time they said that was a rare increase due to rising vet costs and not at all typical and then the next year it’s raised even more!! Our dog is only 3 years old and is not a pure breed that might have genetic issues. We have not moved locations. Why would we pay $84 a month for our healthy 3 year old dog? STAY AWAY! Just set aside money for your pet in case something happens.

Joshua was extremely helpful and informative. Answered all questions and explained how everything works (even answered the same question multiple times). He made the decision to get insurance easier.

Got help when blocked from website
The associate I spoke to helped me problem solve even though the issue was one he didn't have a lot of information on yet. The website kept blocking me when I tried to log in.

Quick response to claims
My cat is having some health issues so I've had to file several claims at once. My claims were all approved the next day. Filing claims through the app is easy and convenient.

Long term, and grateful, customer
I’ve had ASPCA insurance for quite a few years and have always been so relieved that I can count on them to help me and my pets in our time of need. I’ve realized that claims get processed faster when you provide both the medical records and invoice. I’ve called a few times and was always comforted by the team there ❤️

Rip off! Happy to take my money but not willing to give any back
Literally collected thousands of dollars of dollars from me over the years and now won't even consider a claim 1. Because I submitted it too late (gee I might have been busy taking care of my ill pet) and 2. Because they can't find the records I submitted 12 years ago (when they had a different name) to prove that my dog was healthy when I signed her up when she was 18 months old (claim was for her death at age 13.5 years) Also can't get in touch with a real person.
