Dissapointing, waste of money.
We paid for insurance when my dog was 3, now years later we need the support to care for my dog, we were denied and when I spoke to customer service on the phone to ask why we were denied the man did not even understand the policy and jumbled around to try and come up with an answer. It was baffling and the only solution was to file a claim that would take 90+ days to process. What a waste of thousands of dollars.

Good Insurance
This insurance company is okay. My dog came with this insurance and so I kept it. Getting claims reimbursed has not been as easy as another insurance company that I had with our other dog. MetLife always asks for the Soap notes. Not sure I spelled that correctly. Our other insurance company never did. I believe as long as you have the itemized list and proof of payment, that should be enough. Our dog had a big claim this year for breaking both bones in his front leg. Was very happy with the reimbursement amount.

Highly Recommend Healthy Paws
I was very excited to finally have a dog of my own when I brought home Hercules in January of 2022. There were so many great joys that I was not prepared for, and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. Given how important Herc is to me, I quickly realized how important it would be to have pet insurance ready to go to ensure that I would be able to always provide him with the best care possible while managing as much of the worry that can be associated with that. Healthy Paws was recommended by a friend and quickly proved to be a top option amongst other policies that I compared it to. Submitting a claim is a very simple process once you have a copy of your pet’s medical record and invoice, and their app and website make it as simple as just a few clicks. So far the Healthy Paws team has been very quick to review and provide feedback on my claims, and I’ve been so relieved to see the things that have been covered. Their team is very thoughtful and always checking in to make sure Herc is ok and answer any of my questions. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them to any pet owner.

the response was quick and concise
the response was quick and concise. there was no small print to deal with and the sign up was easy. i was a customer of my previous insurer for over fourty years but when i asked why my insurance was so high when i had not had a claim and had been a loyal customer for years, the answer i got was that it was simply company policy and that the increase was normal, which it was not as three other quotes proved. i thank sonnet for their quick service and their very competitive quote.

I spoke with Cindy via phone to clarify some information prior to moving forward with a plan and she helped me greatly. She also made it super easy to complete the application process on the call. I haven't made any claims to know much else, but I have the impression I chose the best plan for my pup.

Best pet insurance!!
I could not be happier with this insurance! I have 4 furbabies, and have never had a problem filing a claim or receiving reimbursement. I had 'Fetch' insurance before this and had such a hard time filing a claim and NEVER received any reimbursements. I have regular insurance and wellness for all 4 of my kids, and it's less expensive than just the regular insurance from Fetch. I HIGHLY recommend Many Pets! They are a wonderful insurance company and have amazing customer service too!

The Best Insurance for My Dogs
I've been with ManyPets for about a year and couldn't be happier! Excellent coverage for a great price with quick claim reimbursement. I've had no issues getting reimbursed for any claim I make and an always updated on the status. My only ding would be I wish they had a mobile app.
