The claims process is simple. Adding a new pup midstream gets complicated; I had to call the company to resolve the problem. I’ve insured my pups with Embrace for several years. I am satisfied with the level of service and speed of claims processing.

For anyone out there who shares their life with a furry friend, you know the fear of unexpected vet bills. That's why I'm writing this glowing review for Pets Best Insurance. They've been an absolute lifesaver for my dog Zoe and me over the past two years. Two years ago, my sweet Zoe started exhibiting signs of discomfort and having accidents. A trip to the vet confirmed our worst fears: bladder stones. The diagnosis was followed by a whirlwind of tests, consultations, and ultimately, surgery. Needless to say, the cost was daunting. I spoke with Lauren Morton today on February 8, 2024. I initially was calling in to cancel my insurance with Fetch due to a price increase, and was shopping around and looking at comparable options. However, after speaking to Lauren and speaking to her about Fetch's comprehensive plans and learning more about what the policies covered, I realized that I was never utilizing the insurance I already had to its fullest benefit. With Lauren's help, I was able to add additional coverage, while also trying to reduce cost and add another new pet family member. Lauren's compassion toward animals shined through on the phone and I appreciated her patience with me as I asked a multitude of questions. Fetch is lucky to have a team member like Lauren on their team. She has the best interpersonal skills and is quick on her feet. Thank you Lauren for helping me sign up for pet insurance!

Easy Claims Process & Quick Reimbursement
It’s very easy to submit a claim. I’m happy that my claim was approved so promptly! The direct deposit feature is great, and it only takes a couple of days for reimbursement on a claim. Also, I feel that the 10% co-insurance is quite reasonable.
