Should be more familiar with coverage before expecting too much $ back.
The claims made were dealt with immediately which I appreciate. The amount paid wasn't what I expected and should of looked at the reimbursement policy first. We have a teeth cleaning appointment and the policy shows coverage, will see how that comes out?

Terrible customer service experience and financially devastated
Terrible customer service experience. Unable to answer my question and I had to repeat my question multiple times to get them to even acknowledge what I was asking. They were purposefully evasive about the cancellation fee and how much I would be paying monthly between now and my move. I have now just learned that I will not be refunded any money at all until my move and this has financially devastated me this month - I have no idea how I'm going to pay for gas to get to work now.

Great when unexpected treatment arises.
I've had VPI (now Nationwide) for well over 20 years on all my dogs. Thankfully, because of insurance I am able to afford unexpected treatments over the years. Wouldn't be without Pet Insurance.

Brachycephalic Surgery
I have a dog that required brachycephalic surgery. I used the chat option in the app to ask question before hand about coverage on what was covered and what wasn’t. They were extremely helpful each and every time. I submitted my claim and it was approved in full and my reimbursement was in my account 9 days later. My dog is only 9 months old, so I haven’t had insurance for very long. A lot of people laughed at me for having pet insurance and I am happy to say I was the one laughing at them in the end. So, Thank You Fetch! My entire experience so far has been fantastic.
