i have never dealt with a more helpful, kind and intelligent customer service person in my life. Denise Ariale was the epitome of what you would expect on the other end of the phone. resolved all my issues and genuinely cared. she has been the best thing i ever seen coming out of Fetch. whatever Fetch does, do your best to keep her happy at your company.

I did my homework by researching many pet insurances. This was the first time I ever purchased insurance for any of my pets. I am so happy that I chose Pets Best! They have many options to choose from and they have made my life so much better because I sadly have had to use it on my dog who is now terminal with heart disease. If I did not have this insurance, I would never have been able to help extend her life. For that I am extremely grateful.

2nd dog I’ve insured…first with…
2nd dog I’ve insured…first with Embrace. They denied a preventative dental cleaning because she has “some” tartar and a luxating patella (loose knee/hip joints). They said those “pre-existing conditions” meant she wasn’t covered for the preventative teeth cleaning. I disputed the relevance of hip joints to teeth and even “some” tartar. Her joints have nothing to do with her teeth. Some Tartar is found on every dog bar none. They they said I filed the claim with the wrong part of the company? I said…I filed a claim…your job is to make sure it gets to the proper people in the company. Rather than argue, I cancelled as the whole reason for denial was absurd. I cancelled and will go with someone else.
