Great experience
We were very comfortable with our chocolate lab who is pretty skittish in the waiting room. The wait was very short before we went into a private room. The staff was friendly and appeared very knowledgable, the services were also great. All in all, we would go there again.

Good process overall
Although the reimbursement process took a bit longer than expected, it was a relatively easy process. I wasn’t aware there are co pays so the reimbursement was less because of that as well. Overall it was a good experience though and I’m thankful for the insurance itself.

Trupanion Claim
We’ve only had to submit a couple of insurance claims for our 6 year old fur baby over the 6 years. Reimbursement claims are easy to submit. Trupanion responds quickly with an itemized invoice explaining their coverage. Reimbursement is received in a prompt manner. We are very pleased with the quality and care of Trupanion pet insurance.
