To be fair, the rating should also be shared for me. Lack of due diligence on my part. Should have paid more attention. I may have realized I was signing on to pay hundredsof dollars in premiums for the return of getting to pay hundreds of dollars on deductibles. Silly me. January 16 edit. Unfortunately I can not call you. I am on an extended visit to Asia. Is there a way you can call me online? Thank you for your speedy reply. I tried to call up that address. I am blocked. Figo has really come through with helping pay for my dog's medical bills. I have been really impressed with how fast claims are being processed and paid (3-4 days), the app is very easy to navigate so submitting claims has been simple. I highly recommend FIGO
