Metlife has been great, the app is so easy to submit claims and payments arrive usually in less than 10 days! Any time Ive called customer service they are friendly and helpful with calls taking less than 5 minutes.

Trupanion is FANTASTIC
Trupanion is FANTASTIC. They make the process simple and process claims quickly. The only thing that I would change is their guidelines in terms of not covering office visits. I think there should be a distinction made between “office visits” as part of if an emergency room visit and regular office visits during the year.
