We have had Trupanion since getting our lab puppy at 9 weeks old. The reason was because I know labs are prone to ACL tears and sure enough at 2 years old she sustained a tear. My goodness I cannot believe how quickly after filing a claim that the money from the surgery was deposited into my account. It was so easy. Fast forward to now, unfortunately she sustained another tear to the other leg at 6 years old. Once again Trupanion did not disappoint. After submitting the surgical bill the money was in my account 3 days later!! They have been a life saver. My premiums have gone up a bit but that’s true with any insurance. Last year they went down only $3.00 but still they went down. I would rate Trupanion 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Trupanion for your quick turn around on my bills. One less worry so I can focus on my fur babies healing!!

Reliable and best prices
I am so happy with Pets Best. I did a lot of research when I got my pup and have been very pleased. I went with a $250 deductible and the Wellness basic we have used it every year :-). My doggie has periodic garbage gut, she's had surgery, bite wound and other wound from running through the forest, eye infection etc. Each claim was processed efficiently and exactly to the contract. Paid out 90% to my checking account or applied to my yearly deductible. Periodically, I get quotes from other outfits and I believe I have the best coverage for the lowest price. I just got a quote from Embrace for $79/mo. Mine is now $52 up fro $46 but she just turned 5 years old. I can't understand how these other companies have higher ratings when they are all much more expensive and have less coverage. Oh well, I feel fortunate to have them.

Healthy Paws Forever
If you need pet insurance and aren’t using Healthy Paws you need to immediately. We’ve been with them for 5 years and won’t ever change. Even when we get a new pup we’ll still use Healthy Paws. Affordable. Great customer service. Quickest claim and reimbursement I’ve ever had. We love Healthy Paws! They even checked in on our dog after surgery. Just the best!

I can’t even put into words how amazing the customer service I received by Chase was this evening. She was so helpful in explaining every detail about insurance for my 6 pups. Chase was so patient and I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone. She was so kind and her passion for helping others showed in every way. She is very knowledgeable and was on point answering all my questions. She truly cares about animals, she cared about my pups! Worst experience
Had insurance for a year, for our dog, then needed to make a claim when our dog needed entropion surgery. Truepanion decided not to cover this even though we had previous vet visits showing no issues with him. The surgery cost around $3300 out of our pocket and wasted a years worth of payments on them. We have been with other companies and had way less to zero issues. If they could take applications from when they are sent in and not whenever they get to them, apparently we wouldn't have had this issue. The way I see it, they don't care about your pet, just that you keep paying them.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been with all of my experiences with Healthy Paws. Our cat and dog have been insured by Healthy Paws for over 5 years. We recently experienced an emergency with our dog which required her to be admitted to the emergency vets for 3 days and 2 nights. The process of submitting a claim was seamless. It literally took only a few minutes to complete. Even more impressively, we received a reimbursement check within days of the submission. If that wasn't enough, Healthy Paws followed up to see how our dog was doing. This business gets high marks in every regard. Ease of use, consumer friendly, delivering exactly what is advertised and finally compassion during a stressful time. Thank you for being there when we most needed you. I have been recommending you to all of our friends who are pet parents and will continue to do so.
