One of the best decisions I made was purchasing Healthy Paws health insurance for my dogs. Healthy Paws gives me the peace of mind that I know I am covered for most of the cost when something happens to my dogs.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Our insurance house premium pretty much doubled in 1 year. Website forces you to online chat. I am a 1 finger typist and I had the misfortune of chatting with "Bim". I asked why our premium went up so much. Bim wasted my time and kept typing it will be a few more minutes. I kept responding as I waited and the system timed out and kicked me off the chat while I continued to wait for Bim to answer. the system told me I could start a new chat. I tried again and got a different agent and started all the way back to having to identify myself and my policy. I had already spent about 1/2 hour with Bim with this and was having to start all over. I refused to start the whole ordeal over again and requested to chat with Bim. I was told I could not connect with Bim. After wasting a bunch more time I was told Bim would email me. I received an email where Bim said our premium went up so much because we had 2 claims. This was completely incorrect as we had NO CLAIMS at all. I responded to Bim's email explaining this and demanded this error be corrected and our renewal premium adjusted accordingly. I waited weeks and no one ever responded to the email. I made countless calls and the front line people on the phone were completely useless and said someone would look into it and call us back. Weeks passed and no one ever called us. Renewal date was quickly approaching and we got nowhere with Sonnet. We stopped wasting our time with Sonnet and spent our time finding a new insurer. We saved about $1000 by going to another company and have better coverage. STAY AWAY FROM SONNET!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERPRICED!!!!!

Perfect for Emergencies
I love my Pets Best Insurance! I have had them for three years. I am no longer scared to go to the emergency room or worry whether or not my pets, who are my kids, can have a surgery I may not be able to afford on my own. They are quick and responsive with a full explanation for every bill I submit. I couldn’t ask for more peace of mind.

Ease of filing a claim for an injury. What I don’t like is the policy increases every year as the pet ages. If the policy holder is with the plan since birth, there should be some discount.

Twice I called about an issue with no resolution.
Twice I called about an issue with no resolution. First time was about 2 weeks ago. The rep kept me on phone 20 mins looking up info and then dropped the call. On 5/09/23 I called again and the rep said sheâd look into the matter and call me on 05/10/23 at 2 pm and she never called back. Itâs frustrating. I am thinking to cancel my insurance
