Quick and Considerate
Very quick and clear when it comes to claims. I forgot to submit a claim for my pet that I unfortunately had to put down. They approved my claim even though it was submitted on the last day possible and reimbursed me from the months I paid for the insurance and automatically canceled the policy.

I recently had to file 2 claims in one month for my rescue dog. I was so pleased with the ease of filing the claim and how quickly the refund was deposited into my bank account. It made a stressful situation so much more bearable to not have to worry about the funds paid out for her care. Great insurance!
