Terrible insurance
Terrible insurance. They will claim all issues as pre-existing and will not cover. If you set it up, you cannot get out. They also automatically renew. Never never buy it!!! One thing they are very good at is communication! They do send a lot of detailed emails and say nice things and provide long feedback to customers on Trustpilot!

Consistently there for us when we need it
We've been Healthy Paws customers for over five years. When we were first looking for pet insurance we found Healthy Paws to have the best/most consitent reviews. That information proved to be true as over the years we've submitted several claims: from dental cleanings, to emergency vet visits, to most recently an expensive to treat autoimmune condition our pup was diagnosed with. As our dog gets older, proper vet care becomes increasingly important, frequent, and therefore expensive. We have full confidence that we can take great care of our baby because we have Healthy Paws. Filling claims is always super easy and convinient through their mobile app. I have found that over the years it's best if you can submit doctor's notes along with the invoice to reduce any back and forth and claim's time to completion.

Ease the pain of an otherwise costly experience
With the exception of having to resubmit documentation multiple times after the sudden death of my puppy (only 15 weeks old) from thrombocytopenia and lympathic leukemia, I was satisfied with the insurance reimbursement. While this was a tragic and traumatic situation for me, it was comforting to have FETCH Pet Insurance to ease the pain of an otherwise costly experience.

I submitted a bill for two visits for possible tumors, both were removed at the same time and both were cancer. I submitted both invoices and was promptly paid minus my deductible the correct percentage. I did not have to haggle for incidentals not covered. Thank you!!

Wording of contract is confusing and vague.
Wording of contract is confusing and vague. First year discounted and in addition the first month payment is amortized over last 11 months so sounds like there is an automatic increase for year two on. No problem with phone staff just the policy
