No Instruction on How to Use the Pet Plan
The process and layout about the plans is very informative. Knowledge about how to use the plan and full break down of how the pet insurance process works at vet offices was listed nowhere so I ended up having to call which defeated the purpose of me doing it online. Because I'm quite busy. Plan options, prices and everything else was very easy to review though!

Call support is really helpful and Danielle is extremely knowledgeable in coverage information. Reimbursement is quick and easy. The portal is great for accessing any recent updates as well as submitting claims. The process of submitting claims was smooth and quick.

Unreliable
I signed up my one rescue - everything is fine. I sign up my second rescue - everything appears okay. I received confirmation that they have received her sign up information, and her insurance would be available within 48 hours. My dog was then injured and required a $3000 surgery. When I went to go view my coverage, her name was no longer on the account. When I called, they said there is nothing they can do and because my dog was not diagnosed with the injury, it will not be covered. I understand that they will not cover pre-existing conditions, but I am disappointed that due to a system error on their end, I cannot be covered now. I do not trust this company, and for this reason I cannot recommend them.
